This website is dedicated to the sharing of comments and materials litigation and arbitration proceedings dealing with EU competition law issues.

While EU competition law has been traditionally enforced by competition authorities, there is a growing amount of private antitrust litigation, such as actions for damages caused by infringement of competition rules.

EU competition rules are also regularly invoked in the context of arbitration proceedings and, in recent years, the European Commission, has regularly intervened as amicus curiae in such proceedings.

This website intends to cover judicial and scholarly developments in the growing field of competition litigation and arbitration.
